Texas Morning Breakfast Snack 1 TBS onion 2 garlic cloves chopped 1/2 small green pepper chopped 2 stalks green onion chopped 4 TBS water 2 oz minced turkey breakfast sausage 2 eggs 1Tbsp hot salsa Cook onions, garlic, pepper in water until water evaporates in skillet. Add turkey, cook til browned. Stir in the two eggs. Cook until eggs are done. Remove Texas Turkey Breakfast Snack from skillet. Garnish with Salsa.
