Tired of Oats and Protein Drinks? Texas Morning Breakfast Snack

1 TBS onion
2 garlic cloves chopped
1/2 small green pepper chopped
2 stalks green onion chopped
4 TBS water
2 oz minced turkey breakfast sausage
2 eggs
1Tbsp hot salsa

Cook onions, garlic, pepper in water until water evaporates in skillet.
Add turkey, cook til browned.
Stir in the two eggs.
Cook until eggs are done.
Remove Texas Turkey Breakfast Snack from skillet.
Garnish with Salsa.

Serve with slice of apple or cantaloupe
or your oats!!!

Texas Turkey Breakfast Snack Nutrition ( not including fruit or oats)
Calories: 260
Protein: 26g
Carbs: 2g
Fats: 17g

Gotta find somewhere that sells turkey breakfast sausage.

Methinks my local butcher will be getting a few visits.
