don't worry i'll reply..

how about Bran flakes (in skimmed milk), I know milk isn't the best thing to have in the morning cos u need quick absorption after depriving your body of food for so many hours but you could drink more water to compensate.

yeah raisons and sliced almonds make a change

this is ok too: get some oats, add raisons and sliced almonds, add scoop protein, mix together - add sugar free jelly crystals (in boiling water) high protein content in them, and mix until it gets thicker - mi m8 sent me the vid of it that some bloke had done, not sure if this is a repost

Re: Bored Of Oats!?? Poridge??

my missus bought a bag of fancy muesli which contained goji berries and loads of other dried fruits, seeds and soft nuts. I just emptied the bag into my porrige container and never looked back!!

It takes the bland edge off the oats and adds a little sweetness to to it!

Re: Bored Of Oats!?? Poridge??

1 Scoop of oats mixed with 8 oz of water then a vanilla PRO - MR. usually blend them together and they come out like vanilla syrup. awsome way to start the day . good to vary it sometimes too for a change. As stated above always good to chuck a bannana or some sultanas into it.

Re: Bored Of Oats!?? Poridge??

what i normally do off season is make my normal amount of oats, add some bran flakes and some sultanas then i tiny splash of milk and there you have a class bowl of oats ready to eat!

Re: Bored Of Oats!?? Poridge??

I mix chocolate whey through my oats and add Island Mix (basically low GI mixed dried fruit), almonds and bran.
