I do something very similar mate.

Unless your about to step on stage why deprive yaself of some juicey flavourings. Plain oats are like eating wall paper paste.

Re: Bored Of Oats!?? Poridge??

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Bang some old fashioned oats in a bowl, chop and apple up in there, stick in a Tbsp of sultanas and a tbsp of cinnamon, stir. Fill about an inch over the oats with boiling water, cover with cling film and leave to cool. The oats and sultanas will swell up. Stick in the fridge overnight. In the morning stick in a scoop of Vanilla whey and eat away....yes cold......its the bomb!!

(You can heat it if you want!)

Mixed Berry Oatmeal.

Same Deal but instead of chopping an apple etc. Put in a cup of frozen black forest berries you get from sainsburys....mmmmmhhh!!!

Yoghurt Parfait!

Mix 250g Yoghurt with 1 Cup frozen Berries and a scoop of Vanilla Whey. Mix up.
Get some course oats (ideal, waitrose have em) or old fashioned oats. Spread them on a baking sheet and stick them in the oven till the start to toast andsmell nutty. Let them cool and put on top of the yoghurt mix.......oh yes now we're talking!

Enjoy!

Phil

Sweet I do the same as suggested
100g oats
450 - 500ml milk
2 Tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon organic honey or I do

100g oats
450 - 500ml milk
1 tablespoon cinammon
1 tablespoon organic honey
Chopped apple

both very nice, helps create a bit of variety
