this is what i am having 4 brekfast (is it ok?)

2 scoops whey,2 scoops oats,1/2 scoop grape nuts, 1 apple, water all in blender

about 2 hours later 3 poached eggs,1 slice w/meal toast, 1 apple

just my opinion Hovis mate but......

i always have the eggs first while i,m at home,......

and save the ease of a shake for mid morning at work....

its easier to shake a shaker at work,......than fanny bout with eggs,....

unless you're on the dole or work nites,...in which case ignore me , i'm talkin sh1te as usual.

Hey Raikey, try my luck mate, 3 smashes in 3 weeks, beat that. None of them my fault, just got a new motor and daren't go anywhere in it ffs

i'm beggining to regret posting up the thread bout my crash!!

DB!.... any jobs going at your place?? i can help you sort out the office tash!!

lol John !!.....your the first to work out what i was doing when i crashed,....

had my little stove going on the passenger seat, nice pan of boiling water, they were just comming up to the 3 minute mark too!

i'd got me toast already cut into soldiers and......bang!! the silly tw4t in front of me decided to stop ...just as i was dipping the first soldier in!!!......

hey Robsta mate ! bad luck dude! bet it was a womans fault!

i had a simerlar experience once.....

i was driving on the motorway one morning,....

and the silly woman in front braked a bit sharp....

well i also had to brake causing me to......

drop my cordless razor into my bowl of cornflakes, which splashed milk onto the paper i was reading at the time,.......

silly bitch,...!..do yer know ?.....some people just cant drive!!!

been on the dole for 2 years, just finished a part time collage corse, starting work on monday as a fitness instructor:lift: :lift:

Hahaha the threads gone a little off topic ey, btw, well done of the job, hope you enjoy it mate.

Usual breakfast for me is protein shake, multi vits, bran flakes mixed with strawberry jam and an omellette or a grilled tuna sandwich.
