Well I measured my body fat today and almost fell over when it said 21.9%! I didn’t think it would be anywhere near that low after the holiday so was initially really chuffed. Although when I looked into it a bit more, I’ve also lost 4lbs in weight so I guess the % will automatically be a bit different. I was thinking that some of this weight loss could be muscle as I did no training for nearly 2 weeks and didn’t eat brilliantly, but it says my body fat mass went from 16.7kg to 15.2kg which is 1.5kg or 3.3lbs so I suppose that accounts for a lot of the 4lbs.
Enough analysing methinks, will see how it all looks at the end of my hardcore 3 weeks and will prob get a truer picture.
Had a good workout last night, done at least 40+ mins of cardio each day this week, will do the same tomorrow with a workout on thurs so is looking good. Tracking every single thing I eat this week as well as this keeps me on track better if I can see it in black and white. Did really well with food yesterday until I had a protein flapjack from the gym after the workout as was going straight to pub after (for diet coke only!) and couldn't believe the carbs/sugar/fat in it. Note to self: no more of those!
