Thoughts : majorly unhappy about the waist size wanna bring that down to at least 36", forearms could be bigger, arms are good,legs im really happy with.

so an acceptable loss would be 4.5kg lean mass in return for 6.5kg fat loss. that'd be a 40:60 loss on lbm:fat

inner armour quad protein : 60g post workout
sesamin : 1g 3 times per day
all the whey protein : 30g in the morning/before bed sometimes.
ephedrine 30mg preworkout 3x per week
got REDuction by controlled labs coming from america.will be using epistane at 30mg ED and anavar at 40mg ED at some point during the cutting when i feel progress has slowed.

my lungs feel brand fkn new my stamina feels incredible compared to a week ago.i can breath as deep as i like with no problems and no more bloody cough! damned worth it.
