my scales aren't working, gym scales said 111kg will use the electronic ones at gym on saturday.

Current Stats

BF% 14.8
Bodyfat : 16.428kg
Lean Body Mass : 94.572kg

forearms : 13.5"
arms : 17.5"
waist : 39"
lower leg : 19"
upper leg : 27"

Thoughts : majorly unhappy about the waist size wanna bring that down to at least 36", forearms could be bigger, arms are good,legs im really happy with.

Aims


bf%: 10%
Bodyfat : 10kg
Lean Body Mass : 90kg
Waist : 36"

so an acceptable loss would be 4.5kg lean mass in return for 6.5kg fat loss. that'd be a 40:60 loss on lbm:fat

i HOPE i'll be able to reserve more lean mass than that allows for,but if not sacrifices must be made.

Training

monday : rest
tuesday : legs
wednesday : rest/squash
thursday : chest/abs/bis
friday : squash
saturday : back
sunday : shoulders/tris/abs

Current Lifts (kg)

deadlift : 240 x 1
squat : 180 x 1
bench : 120 x 3
incline DB's : 40kg x 10
shoulder press DB's : 38kg x 8
pulldowns : stack+5kg x 8
seated rows : stack+15kg x 8
ez-bar curls : 50kg x 8
DB hammer curls : 22kg x 8


cant think of much else for now,this is just giving me a general idea of where my strength is at right now.

Supplements
inner armour quad protein : 60g post workout
sesamin : 1g 3 times per day
all the whey protein : 30g in the morning/before bed sometimes.
ephedrine 30mg preworkout 3x per week

got REDuction by controlled labs coming from america.will be using epistane at 30mg ED and anavar at 40mg ED at some point during the cutting when i feel progress has slowed.

Diet

Anabolic Diet :
  • High protein, high fat & low carb from Mon to Fri.
  • High carbs,low protein & low fat on weekends.
ill be mixing and matching protein sources. The absence of carbs for 5 consecutive days forces your body to use fat for energy.

cardiofun

was twiddling my thumbs about 9pm so decided to walk up to the gym and do some cardio..which i havent done in months, quit smoking about a week now i feel like a brand new man with brand new lungs. done 7 mins cycling, 7 mins boxing on the bag, rinse and repeat x 3 each. swam walked home. s'all good.

okay so start of week 3 began on anavar at 30mg/ed and epistane at 20mg/ed.

workouts have been excellent, i've also quit smoking my lungs feel brand fkn new my stamina feels incredible compared to a week ago.i can breath as deep as i like with no problems and no more bloody cough! damned worth it.

stuck to the diet precisely.end of week 3 carbed up to the limit.weight 110.7kg. so nearly back at starting point, i would be upset, except the measurements have changed...

nearly end of week two

starting weight:111kg
week 1: 109.5kg
end of week 2: 108kg
weight loss this week : 1.5kg
total weight loss: 3kg

to be honest this week was pretty easy.only hard thing was tryna finish all my meals, one night i ended up eating in bed at 4am.quite a few people at the gym have been asking me about my diet, my mums doing the same diet and working well so far.

end of first week

okay so first week over, weighed on sunday evening after loads of carbs

starting weight:111kg
end of week 1 : 109.5kg
weight loss: 1.5kg

considering i went to visit a friend at uni and all they were eating was pizza, chinese and all that looovely crap. i stuck to my diet 100% so pretty happy with my will power.

first day

first day just coming to an end still got some more seeds and one protein shake but it's been good so far, this is a good test run day for next week! time to carb up.
