    We did some handstand work, kicking up into them and some negative HS presses. Then we moved on to box jumps. This is quite a test of self-belief, being able to jump onto a high object from standing. We both broke new height pbs with this

    after checking the gym was without zombies i struggled to do chest adn tris. i might have tripped and fallen and plugged my ipod into the clubs speaker system so i might have ahd the volume up too high.

    incline chest press 4x15
    dips 4xexh
    lateral raises 4xexh
    kettlebell swings 4x20 (20kg)

    Didnt have the rings so I couldnt play with them so i played with myself in the sauna instead.,

    lying leg curls @ 37.5 kg 3xexh
    front squats 70kg ass to ankles
    leg raises 180kg 3xexh

    had difficulty walking down the stairs after that but had a raging boner in the hydropool thanks to all the blood flow - yay

    This one was a bit complicated so we waited until the gym closed to do it, ended up being there until half past midnight :P

    For time:
    50 Ring Dips
    Run 400 meters
    50 Push-ups
    Run 400 meters
    50 Handstand push-ups
    Run 400 meters

    Push-ups are honest push-ups. Handstand push-ups are "nose to floor".
