after checking the gym was without zombies i struggled to do chest adn tris. i might have tripped and fallen and plugged my ipod into the clubs speaker system so i might have ahd the volume up too high.
incline chest press 4x15
lateral raises 4xexh
kettlebell swings 4x20 (20kg)
Didnt have the rings so I couldnt play with them so i played with myself in the sauna instead.,
my hamstrings feel like they're a third shorter than they used to be so i ended up hobbling around
