This one was a bit complicated so we waited until the gym closed to do it, ended up being there until half past midnight :P

For time:
50 Ring Dips
Run 400 meters
50 Push-ups
Run 400 meters
50 Handstand push-ups
Run 400 meters

Push-ups are honest push-ups. Handstand push-ups are "nose to floor".

First workout we've both done together in a while. We started at different times as we only had one set of rings. We both struggled with the ring dips, which are both painful and difficult.

Running was easy enough, though the last 100m are always a killer.

I found the pushups easy, pull ups are fukkin hard so the results would have been very different otherwise.

For HSPUs we substituted raised leg pushups, which were a killer.

I also warmed up with squat cleans but just for technique than goal setting.
