7am- Porridge w/scoop protein

10am- Porridge w/ Shake (2 scoops)

1.30pm - 2 chicken breasts w/Basmati rice

4.30pm - Protein shake

7.30pm - 2 Chicken breasts w/Basmati Rice

10pm - Shake Casein w/milk

Training - Rest Day
