so, back to the gym after the week off...
been looking at strongman lifts and thought i'd give it a go, not much different to what i'd been doing but a bit more structured.
based on the 5x5.. did squats, bench, deads and ohp, with some light light weights! still felt like a real workout though. I dropped the rest between sets to 1 minute.
I think i'm going to ache tomorrow...

| | funny enough, it was something i saw somewhere that took me to the stronglifts site... was reading the e-book and thought I should give it a go |
