Today has been a sleepy day, I didn't train yesterday. Worked then went home and chilled for a little while. I ate the same during the day, had Steak, Salad and rice for dinner which was nice. then the usual Eggs/Oats/Pro pep before bed. I did another jab of sust(250mg) and Deca (125mg), I will do one more of this dose on Fri and then from monday I will do 340mg sust, and 170mg deca three times a week to give me a total of 1g sust and 500mg deca a week - plus 30mg D-bol ...
Ok, legs today: SM Squat - 80kg x8/8/8/8 (+5kg) DB Split Squat - 20kg x8/8/8/8 (+2kg) SLDL - 26kg - x8/8/8 Ez Military Press - 30kg x8/8/8 Good session though arriving late I ran out of time for work and missed out the DB presses.
