  1. Sleeeeeepy

    Today has been a sleepy day, I didn't train yesterday. Worked then went home and chilled for a little while.

    I ate the same during the day, had Steak, Salad and rice for dinner which was nice. then the usual Eggs/Oats/Pro pep before bed.

    I did another jab of sust(250mg) and Deca (125mg), I will do one more of this dose on Fri and then from monday I will do 340mg sust, and 170mg deca three times a week to give me a total of 1g sust and 500mg deca a week - plus 30mg D-bol ...

    Ok, legs today:

    SM Squat - 80kg x8/8/8/8 (+5kg)
    DB Split Squat - 20kg x8/8/8/8 (+2kg)
    SLDL - 26kg - x8/8/8

    Ez Military Press - 30kg x8/8/8

    Good session though arriving late I ran out of time for work and missed out the DB presses. Good session though despite arriving feeling tired.

    Oh, and while I was there someone played some cheesy dance music. Dont know what style it is but its what I associate with chavs and I hate it. Couldnt ...

    10 at 72.5kg
    10 at 82.5kg

    T-bars: 10 at 60kg
    8 at 70kg
    6 at 75kg

    Close grip rows: 10 at 70kg
    10 at 80kg
    8 at 85kg

    Pull overs: All 10 reps: 25, 27.5 and 30kg


    Session felt really good, more focused on training now my exams are over

    Been on here for a while but have been hiding in the shadows, so I thought I would start a blog!

    Brief background....Student , been training for around a year and a half and gone from 14 odd stone to 16 and a half . I do want to compete in the near future when I and others feel I am ready!

    Training a four day split as I have found this gives me the best gains.

    Today was back, minus deads due to a knee problem :(

    Trained Upper body last night

    Shoulder press (DBs) 3 x 12 @ 30's
    Inc DB Press 3 x 12 @ 36's
    Pull downs (Lat machine) 3 x 12 @ 75kgs
    Pull overs (DB) 3 x 12 @ 34 kgs
    Yates Rows 3 x 12 @ 80kg's
    Lat Raises 3 x 10 @ 16 kgs
    Bi Curls (DB) 3 x 10 @ 22kgs
    Tri Pull downs 2x15 full stack - sh1ty cross over machine
    Tri Ext 2 x 15

    P1ssed off got in the gym to start off on Military press but two fcukos were Bicurling 5kg a side on the ...
