I have been a bit fed-up this week. I had a bit of a sore throat on Tuesday, but being a man this meant that I had to get really miserable and go to bed at 8.30 two nights running.
I am also feeling rather fat - am making myself stay off the scales until Monday so that I can get a meaningful weigh.

Today has been a sleepy day, I didn't train yesterday. Worked then went home and chilled for a little while.
I ate the same during the day, had Steak, Salad and rice for dinner which was nice. then the usual Eggs/Oats/Pro pep before bed.
I did another jab of sust(250mg) and Deca (125mg), I will do one more of this dose on Fri and then from monday I will do 340mg sust, and 170mg deca three times a week to give me a total of 1g sust and 500mg deca a week - plus 30mg D-bol

SM Squat - 80kg x8/8/8/8 (+5kg)
DB Split Squat - 20kg x8/8/8/8 (+2kg)
SLDL - 26kg - x8/8/8
Ez Military Press - 30kg x8/8/8
Good session though arriving late I ran out of time for work and missed out the DB presses. Good session though despite arriving feeling tired.
Oh, and while I was there someone played some cheesy dance music. Dont know what style it is but its what I associate with chavs and I hate it. Couldnt
