Dirty chav scum

Ugh! Just got back from the gym and there was a.....what? what do you call them? An infestation? A plague? A Jezza? Whatever a load of nasty gobby evil teenage chav scum sat on the steps outside my flat. Nasty minging blinged up slags decided to start asking me where I got my bag, shoes, etc, and then calling me fucking ugly.

Jesus cunting Christ, I had enough of that shit from evil little tarts like that when I was at school! They were trying to impress the skanky bumfluff...

Day 15/16

didn't get to fill in yesterday..

Pretty uneventful day though, was out shopping till 3am, then went to bed, up again at 7am to get the kids to school...

good job it was only a cardio day...

so off to the gym, an hour on the crosstrainer and then home..

went to bed after 8 out of 10 cats....

Today.. woo hoo! Friday!

so, up at 7 as usual, kids to school, and walk to gym...

I thought bugger it and went for...

Last night i did my second jab this time instead of in my glutes i did it in my right thigh. Thought it was a good idea to do it there because i had lacrosse right after and knew i was going to be running so blood would flow etc. I'm still gaining around a pound a day, i've gained 6 pounds so far. My leg is really sore today just above my kneecap. Taking a day off and tomorow is biceps/shoulders.

Therapeutic weights

I was having a really **** day today. To be honest I was feeling a bit unwanted, having another 'fat' day and just generally out of sorts.

Got to the gym and did nothing earth shattering but it was a good workout. Spending an hour in front of various mirrors while feeling about as attractive as....oh I dunno, something not very attractive (that's the problem when most of the gym goers are in reasonable shape but it doesn't half spur you on to do something!!) is not much fun though....
