Current Workout Routine For A Monday :)

Warm up

Military Press

Weighted Dips

French Press

Started the above today 14/7/08 Got through ok even though I was readjusting weights. Felt this more today than when I was doing more volume.

Hooray back after a lovely 2 weeks of flu... ok ok it was a bad cold mmmm loads of nasal discharge. And what a killer back on the weights today, I just know my shoulders going to be crying tomorrow :(
