Slight change to routine.

I've tweaked my routine and its now :

Mon - Chest/Tri
Smith Press 4x8
DB Incline Press 4x8
Dips 4x8 (looking to get dip belt soon as well)
Close Grip Bench 4x8

Tue - Cardio 5mile gentle jog 40mins

Wed - Cardio 5mile gentle jog 40mins

Thu - Legs / Shoulders
Squats or Leg Press 4x8
Split Squats DB 3x8
SLDL DB 4x8
Ez Bar Press 3x8
DB Press 3x8

Fri - Cardio 5mile gentle jog 40mins...

Grenades

So, these arrived and finally gave them a shot. The good thing about these for me is that whenever I use this kinda supplement it kinda kicks me into touch to keep other things right like diet and training.

Anyway, I've cut coffee down (one in the morning now and thats it) and am just drinking green tea. Im having one tab at the moment and will look to take them mon - fri then have two days off and again the next mon - fri etc.

Effects have been fine. Sure I can feel...

Decided to give Grenades a try. Not sure what it is with these kinda supps, I think they also help me psychologically. Knowing Im taking something like this I think makes me think more about whats Im drinking and eating. Im concious that I need to drink more water (on about 1-2L per day at the moment and I want to be 2-3L, also drink more green tea which I do rather than coffee when on this kinda supp. So, Ive ordered some and Ill see how they go.

Diet wise, at the moment Id say...

Sat and Mon

Two updates.

Sat 16.08

Sm Press - 80+bar x 5/5/4/4
DB Press - 26.5g x 8/8/6/6
DB Fly - 16.5 x 8/8
CGBP - 40kg x 8/8/8/8

Good session today, the press is a bit of a killer, but then its meant to be. Not keen on the flys at the moment, just dont feel right when Im doing them. Not sure whether to persevere or swap out. Id like to do dips but I do saturday at home in my garage so dont have an option for it.

Also went for a run...

What a morning.

Im not going to bother posting what I lifted. So ****ed off with this mornings session. If it was going to go wrong, it did.

Started with deadlifts, was on my 4th set of 8. Just needed to do 8 reps in this set for a PB. Then, on the 4th rep *TWANG*. Pulled my back and it bloody knacked. I reckon it was my form, Ithink I had my back bent over perhaps. Not sure. So, I stopped them. Then I tried chins but was conscious about my back. Bent...
