DB Split Squat - 20kg x8/8/8/8 (+2kg)
SLDL - 26kg - x8/8/8
Ez Military Press - 30kg x8/8/8
Good session though arriving late I ran out of time for work and missed out the DB presses. Good session though despite arriving feeling tired.
Oh, and while I was there someone played some cheesy dance music. Dont know what style it is but its what I associate with chavs and I hate it. Couldnt... |
