So here's the thing. Had my tatoo finished part of which was on my chest. So naturally they shaved my chest for that (right side).

Next thing, Ive had a bit of dry skin in the centre of my chest that wouldnt go away so the Dr gave me some cream. I have to shave the centre of my chest to reduce sweat to help it.

So, while in the shower earlier in the week I got a bit carried away. Shaved all of my chest & stomach and had a "trim" to tidy a bit lower as...

I need to have more inspiration for titles!

Anyway, didnt log much of this last week. But, today was Legs:

Press - 105kg x8/8/8/8
DB Split Squat - 22kg x8/8/8
DB SLDL - 30kg - x8/8

Ez Press - 30kg x8/8/8
DB Press - 20kg x8/8
