Back the day and its chucking it down. Had to press snooze on the alarm which knocked my morning back 10mins. Still got to the gym ok and got into it.
Decided to drop the Smith for deads and stick with the EZ bar. Neither are ideal and give their own problems. The Smith just doesnt feel natural and the Ez bar I grip at its edges, but they are angled after about 2" so my hands can start to slide up after a few reps.
Anyway :
Ez Deadlift 70kg x 8/8/8/8 (dropped 5kg while getting used to the bar)
Chins 0kg x 4/4/4/3
DB Bent over rows 28kg x 8/8/8/8
Alt DB Curl - 18kg x 8/8

| | Yeah, my crappy Gym doesnt have a straight BB. Only one EZ bar, and the smith with a load of DBs and a cable station. Then loads of machines. Im looking for a new gym of course. |
