smoked fish and sunshine

5 days on the road this week. 2 in London and 3 in stockholm. Most importantly didn't miss a workout and clean diet. Well, apart from a bender last night to 3am.

Diet consisting in Stockholm of smoked mackerel, herring, smoked herring, smoked mussels, smoked prawns, pickled herring and anchovies. Also about 20 different types of rye bread. Found a huge hardcoreish gym with unbelieveably beautiful Swedish women everywhere. Maybe I should move here as it certainly fired me up for training.

Am finally over all that debilitating DOMS and just pleasantly sore the day after training. Home tomorrow and Chest/Shoulders to train. cool.
