Deadlifting

First time in years deadlifting and doing bent over rows today. I LOVE these exercises, how on earth have I done without them for so long? Keep form tight and take my time in increasing the weight.
Things ticking along nicely after a couple of weeks; strength and weight starting to build slowly. Tempted to move to a 3 day split but will stick to the 2 until hols in 3 weeks time. More of the same and be patient.

| | I was just like you. Been training for many years and just started doing deadlifts. I added 15 lbs to my frame and added 100 lbs to my deadlift. Funny how pushing/pulling more weight ads size to the body. ![]() |

| | Ive just been doing these this morning as well. I love them. Maybe not so much at the time but I get huge satisfaction from finishing my four sets. Good to see you're getting in to these. They're a massive lift and great compound. |
