I have decided to go for it and post my blog on this site. I've already typed it once, but my server went off and I lost it all.
Went for a night out to a karaoke, and spent all night singing and dancing Drank water with a slice of lemon all night and got home at 2.30 this morning.
I have decided to start this blog on my day off the gym and work. The one day I get to rest and relax -ha ha. I have just cleaned the house, hoovered and got things ready for the week. It is 42 in the shade with 80percent humidity and I am lathered.
Had 4 scrambled eggs (2 whole plus 2 whites ) for breakfast and rice flakes with nuts and seeds added. Can't have porridge or wheat cereal as I am allergic to some gluten and wheat. Also 2 glasses of water, a cup of tea and 1 lipo 6.
Having a protein shake as I type this blog and more water. Have to drink water none stop at the moment to stay hydrated.
My other half, God bless him, bought me a lobster as a treat for my lunch, so that will be going down well with a huge salad with tons of rocket and spinach leaves, sprinkled with local olive oil and olives. A feast!
Haven't decided what to have for the other meals yet today, but the veal steak grilled on charcoal is calling my name again...
Still on fairly low carbs most days, with a moderate day every four days. It seems to suit me and I have tons of energy. Have a refeed day every week or so .
Talking of refeeds, just had a strange email from my friend in London. Says she is comfort eating and has taken to eating loaves of nimble bread with chocolate spread at night watching tv. Can she come and stay with us for a holiday?
Going to Corfu town tonight to watch my kickboxing instructor (and sparring partner ) fight for Greece against Bulgaria in the park. Hope it cools down a bit by then! Will I be excited and shouting for him?- you bet I will. He's a great teacher and mentor.
