my shoulder is feeling much better today so im going to take ther weekend off and then start hitting the weights again.

theres a pretty good mma gym near me with a weight room so im going to start training there aswell as take a few classes. i was training mma but i was concerned the instructors were not letting us warm up properly and this was confirmed when i hurt my shoulder so im switching gyms.

my shoulder is still sore so no training again this week i tihnk its been about 6 weeks now since i have worked out, i havent really lost any size but im very frustrated with sitting on my **** in the evenings.

i also finished pct today which i probably didnt need to do as i as only on for 3 weeks .

i have had the chance to think about my training and goals and plan everything out properly.
