NoticesGrenade - Unexpected side effect ????

Anyone help......it's my second day taking these tabs only took one at about 9am normal day worked out but didn't eat that much.....any way about 5 pm I was knacked almost falling asleep at the wheel on the way home ?? This has happened both days now...anyone else had this ???? Poss cos of my lack of eating ?? Will continue tomorrow unless someone advises otherwise, advise appricated like intake of fulids etc.. thanks

| |  Don't know whether you are taking grenades for the fat burning effect or the extra energy boost, but whatever reason, nothing will work until you drink tons of water and eat lots of good protein, good fats and some complex carbs. Believe me, I am talking from experience! |
