Hey all, not posted a great deal but been here for a while, i have been training on and off for years and have now reached the grand old age of 31 married with kids and work shifts so basically my life is over(JOKE)
I thought i would try and use this as a way of keeping myself motivated and to try and keep my head in gear as i struggle when i really kick into the diet as i find it menatally head fu!*ing.
So basically at the mo i am about 17st 7lb at about 20% BF

I have a routine and diet ready to go courtesy of Mr Booth aka Ninepack.
This consists of cardio 7 days a week and weights 4 times a week keeping strict controlled form throughout with short 30 sec break between sets to keep a cardio type element to routine, the only thing i need now is to get into it and get rid of this extra Lard that i'm carrying.

| | Just to update you guys i have been unable to embark on my training regime as i have suffered a major reoccurence of an old injury( i popped my pelvis squatting last year). This was brought on by a 6 hr drive from Cornwall!!! Been having major physio and been to the chiropractor, had xrays and been told never to squat or do dead lifts etc again so was a bit of a shock!!! Today feeling very optimistic as things have eased and settled and my back is feeling better!!!! Will keep up the treatment and hopefully get back to work and into the gym asap. LOL its one thing aftre another LOL |
