Did legs earlier - short on time because I had to get my exhaust sorted.

Rest day and diets

After yesterday's epic deadlifts (lol) today is going to be a rest day. Mainly because it would have been leg day and there's no way I'd be doing squats today!!!
Back is very stiff today but it's a good stiff (oo-er!) still have no victim to provide a massage though...

Got to thinking about diets again recently. Have spent a few weeks not thinking about food at all - eating when and what I like and the lack of stress has been great! I haven't got any fatter though I'm...

Yay deadlifts!

Well after pimping myself out all over the forum (and realising actually, I am a chubby git!) thought I'd better make an effort at the gym....I did beat my deadlift record so I'm happy My back is feeling it now though - hot bath for me later!!!!

80kg 1x2 (so it was only two but it's a start!)
