More cardio and back

Was hard work today, after yesterday's session

Felt a bit weak, though I didn't lose anything on my lifts I did an extra set of pulldowns to compensate

Deadlift
50kg 1x10
60kg 1x8
70kg 1x6
80kg 2x3

Lat row machine
30kg 1x10
40kg 1x10
50kg 2x8

Lat pulldown
40kg 1x10
47kg 3x8

Dumbbell preacher curl
10kg 3x8

Feeling better

Not sure it's down to the alcohol in my system, but I'm feeling a bit calmer. For now.

I've just realised I have 5kg rice in my cupboard.

Well that makes next month's shopping easier! Shame I'm not a big fan of rice.....

Back to the gym for a proper workout - shame that's it now till bloody Friday - argh!!

Felt a bit weak but managed to equal my usual lifts, in fact I probably could have gone a bit higher on the leg press...

A new week

And some new motivation - scuppered by slight dizziness on the elliptical and seeing a mate there and catching up with her....

Motivation is basically not wanting to be the only fat bird in the gym, or in the weights section at least

Actually I just don't want to be a fat bird at all....

Not a bad workout today, getting the hang of the weights at last but can't remember half of them cos they're odd!

Assisted pullups 2x12 36kg 2x10 29kg
Upright row 2x10 17.5kg 2x8 20kg

Incline dumbbell curl 1x10 6kg 2x8 8kg
