Days 5 and 6 and stuff

Urgh. I can't remember anything! I know I went home early yesterday due to 'monthly pains'. had no appetite and barely ate. What I did do was eat up left over bacon, mackerel and coleslaw in the fridge, drank loads of water but didn't get to the gym. ANd the scale went up.

Today, I am off to Hull for work, so will be eating as well as I can at the hotel. No idea what the menu is like but they should at least have steak or fish. At least breakfast is easy - bacon eggs and...

Another exciting food log...have been a bit naughty today - evil artificial sweeteners!!!

Omelette with mushrooms onion peppers and sausage, cheese

Macadamia nuts

Coleslaw, while I was cooking (I was hungry!)

Minced beef with onions, mushrooms, a chopped tomato and cajun seasoning

Piece of cheese, bag of pork scratchings ( had another fat craving...)

Fanta Zero and sugar free wine gums (damn you...

Quick summary of food eaten today....

Cup of tea

Mince with onions mushrooms peppers taco seasoning and cheese
Couple of sugar free marshmallows

Macadamia nuts, piece of cheese

(at barbecue) glass of Coke Zero, two chicken legs, 3 homemade meatballs, sausage

2 sugar free sweets

The chicken wasn't pink but still not sure of it's cooked-ness. I normally have the constitution of an ox, so let's hope I'm OK...

Day 2ish keto

In which there was no keto at the end. Despite a number of websites telling me distilled spirits have no carbs, I'm not convinced. I thought alcohol WAS a carb?

Ah well.

Breakfast was omelette, 2 eggs, sausage, mushrooms, onion, pepper, cheese.

Snack of jerky and macadamia nuts

Lunch of salad leaves and prawns in mayonnaise.

Piece of cheese, more nuts.

Plate of minced beef, onions, mushrooms and taco seasoning with cheese...

Keto log day 1

Ah the joys of keto - the trauma of checking every damn label.

Small disclaimer - I know strictly speaking, milk is a no-no but the amounts I put in my tea are minimal and I don't think they'd make too much difference really. Will miss my protein shakes and smoothies though

On to today:

Omelette made with 2 eggs, 2 slices chopped bacon, mushroom, onion, red pepper, topped with cheese.
Multivitamin and mineral, cod liver oil tablet

...
