Keto log day 1

Ah the joys of keto - the trauma of checking every damn label.
Small disclaimer - I know strictly speaking, milk is a no-no but the amounts I put in my tea are minimal and I don't think they'd make too much difference really. Will miss my protein shakes and smoothies though
On to today:
Omelette made with 2 eggs, 2 slices chopped bacon, mushroom, onion, red pepper, topped with cheese.
Multivitamin and mineral, cod liver oil tablet
2 cups tea at work meeting
Piece of cheese, smoked mackerel, bit of coleslaw, 3 cherry tomatoes (the only ones that weren't mouldy!!)
2 sugar free sweets
Cup of tea
Handful macadamia nuts
Leafy green salad, half a large ribeye steak (about 6oz), garlic and pepper sauce made with cream
Cup of green tea
Currently munching on a handful of peanuts
Still a bit hungry, should have eaten all the steak
Ah well you live and learn. May have a 3 egg omelette tomorrow. Local corner shop sells sweet and hot beef jerky - yum!
Don't feel too bad so far - a bit disconcerted that having made an effort to drink more water (2 pints by lunchtime) everyone was trying to scare me about a local water problem. Local being 30 miles away.....gah!
