Diet log - preliminary crap
Posted 25-06-2008 at 07:51 PM by Beklet
OK. As previously posted, starting off with a fortnight on a keto diet to start stripping the blubber. I've a good 2 stone of fat to lose, so kicking off half a stone that way will be a big help!
Have done a keto diet before and it worked well. All sorts of crap reasons why I fell off the wagon but I'll try not to this time. Difficult as I have a hotel trip next week but then bacon and eggs for breakfast is easy at least!!!
Just been to Hellco for food, and bought a lovely rib-eye steak for tea tomorrow - this as well as mackerel, prawns, tuna, mince, salad, garlic, mushrooms, cream and Port Salut cheese
No photos yet because there's no-one to take them but horrible stats as follows;
Height - 4' 11"
Weight - 11 stone
BF - 34%
Chest - 39"
Waist - 31"
Hips - 41"
Wow, I hope that waist measurement is water retention
Bodyfat measured with a caliper - I know it's not massively accurate but as long as the number goes down......
Oh dear - have a dozen eggs in the fridge - 7 weeks out of date!!! Just checked them and all but 2 are OK, which is a relief! One of them was proper floating - nasty!!!
This evening will be spent perusing cookbooks and sleeping off this headache!! Unless there's something good on the telly....

| | Drink 4 liters ice water every day within 12 hours. Eat no starches 4 days then eat no fats 3 days. It takes you right to keto and keeps your body from adapting and the flab will roll right off. Forget the cookbooks and use the easy to follow recipe for variety below BUT MEASURE and DON'T FUDGE Per 3 meals: Eat fiber snack between meals or break up 3 meals into 6 mini meals dividing meal portions in half. 6 oz protein, 6 oz fiber veggies and fiber fruits, 3oz starch and 1.5 Tbs fats 1 "Alive" no iron multi vitamin, 3 apple pectins, 3 fish oil for breakfast 3 apple pectins, 3 fish oils the other 2 meals 1 zma before bed |

| | OK sounds interesting but doesn't make much sense. Eat no fats? Does this mean eat carbs instead or just eat prawns and chicken? ![]() Drinking 4 litres of water in 12 hours might be interesting - have to take some Tena Lady out with me - ![]() |
