Had a friend round and we tried to make stuff.
Oh boy.
Brought it home to me exactly what a disgusting fat bastard I have become. Used a skirt pattern made specifically for me 6 months ago and it's at least a size too small. Ugh.

Back at the gym tomorrow at least.
I can feel some benefits now I've been training consistently for a few weeks - strength finally increasing, muscles feel harder but I am such a lard****.
I know I'm not eating properly - I live alone and I can barely motivate myself - I end up buying sandwiches and stuff from town when at work. I've not eaten much today but I'm about to go to bed so can't be bothered, to be honest.
This must stop (PMT incoming, can you tell?
)
Have hotel stay next week which never really helps, but I have to stop whining and DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!

For now I will just go to bed and read a low carb recipe book......
