Back day today - felt quite strong and managed some higher weights
Hammer Strength row thingy - underhand grip
1x10 10kg (each side)
2x10 15kg
1x8 20kg
Lat pulldown
2x10 40kg
2x6 47kg (not managed that for months!)
Cable row
1x10 40kg
1x10 47kg
1x6 52kg PB
Reverse pec deck
2x8 26kg
1x6 26kg
Barbell curl
1x10 12.5kg
1x10 15kg
1x10 17.5kg - these really hurt - not because of the weight but I really cannot use a straight bar - back to the dumbbells for me!!!
Dumbbell preacher curl
1x10 8kg
2x10 10kg (my left arm is stronger than my right which is infuriating!!!)
Hyperextensions 3x10
Good workout, hopefully I can up some more weights tomorrow....
