More cardio and back

Was hard work today, after yesterday's session

Felt a bit weak, though I didn't lose anything on my lifts I did an extra set of pulldowns to compensate

Deadlift
50kg 1x10
60kg 1x8
70kg 1x6
80kg 2x3

Lat row machine
30kg 1x10
40kg 1x10
50kg 2x8

Lat pulldown
40kg 1x10
47kg 3x8

Dumbbell preacher curl
10kg 3x8

Hammer curl
10kg 3x8

Back extensions...

Week 5 i think!

Well i think its week5 of keto
Really trying hard this week as last 2 havent been putting as much effort as i should in.

One upside is my muscles look bigger. I dont know if i genuinely have improved my strength but i can definately see a difference.

Been trying to eat more fat as suggested by adesign to get back into keto quicker.

Yesterdays food:

Cheese
Low Carb Breakfast Bar

Cheese

Sausage + Avocado...
