Almost 2 weeks into diet

All in all am amazed at how strength is holding up. Lifts increased in deadlifts, squats and bench press along with some others. Defo getting stronger all round. Very surprising as I have been in calorie deficit for 12 of the past 14 days and low carbs for at least half.

My weight has only moved down by 2lbs though but arms have increased in size. Not what I had expected at all. I have started with Creatine today and will cycle for 3 weeks on and one week off fitting nicely into a...

getting started

first post to say hi, Going to get some pictures up soon so i can use them for before and after shots.
Currently been int gym trainin hard for over a year now wi my mate big wooley. seasoned vet. bodybuilder showing me the way forward. His knowledge is priceless. hopefully going to compete in a year or two.
im staying away from gear because big wooley says i dnt need it as im making good gains as it is.
My weight is 88kg at the moment, i have a good balanced diet, currently...

Day off

Am somewhat achey today - most of it is a good ache, some is girly pain that feels like I've been booted in the kidneys

From the pain I have, it seems I got the intensity right on yesterday's workout. Get to the heavy weights and do as much as I can. Slightly changed the emphasis on my squats so my glutes hurt today - this is good! No saggy bottom for me, thanks!

I know it's working when my clutch foot has a spaz when I get home lol.

Tomorrow...
