Back day today, and had a really good session! Can feel my strength increasing, and didn't even feel slightly dizzy today - just felt really good, if bloody starving by the end of it!!!

Deadlifts
1x10 40kg
1x10 50kg
2x8 60kg (PB - weight not a problem must do something about that grip!!!)

Hammer Strength row thingy
1x10 10kg (e/s)
2x10 15kg
1x10 20kg

Lat pulldown
1x10 40kg
2x10 47kg

Well I can feel the gear kicking in already, D-bol and prop. I have been drinking more water and feel a tad more strength.

Friday and Sat were rest days (Friday was intentional, Sat was inforced :( ), so I trained Upper body heavy on Sun....

Bench Press 4 x 6, 100k warm up, 130, 130, 130, 140 (only got 3 out)

Pull ups 4 x 8 (+10kg)

Dips 4 x 8 (+40kg)

Bent over rows 4 x 8 (100kg)

Skull Crushers 3 x 12 (20KG per side...

Had a good session at the gym, I was feeling rather psyched.

Didn't have any chalk so I took some Johnson's Baby Powder. It helped my deadlift a lot - just hope none of the guys noticed .

I nearly missed the supports in the squat rack and this guy came over to help me, but I was okay. Still, I was pleased he'd noticed, just in case I was about to hurt myself!


Then I was doing a bit of bag-work and I had some more manly chats. The guy who offered...

Mon 7th Back

Back the day and its chucking it down. Had to press snooze on the alarm which knocked my morning back 10mins. Still got to the gym ok and got into it.

Decided to drop the Smith for deads and stick with the EZ bar. Neither are ideal and give their own problems. The Smith just doesnt feel natural and the Ez bar I grip at its edges, but they are angled after about 2" so my hands can start to slide up after a few reps.

Anyway :

Ez Deadlift 70kg x 8/8/8/8...
