My boss ripped my back box off......

Ha ha ha.

Er yeah, easy ish day at the gym - just did arms today. Except I HATE training biceps - no idea why but I can't think of enough interesting exercises.

Close grip bench press/French press
1x10 15kg
1x10 17.5kg
1x10 20kg

Dumbbell curl
1x10 8kg
2x10 10kg

DB preacher curl
1x10 8kg
2x8 10kg

Hammer curl
3x10 8kg

Rope pressdown
3x10 18.75?

Shoulders and tris today

Seated bb press: 10 at 60k
8 at 70k
6 at 80k

Side raises: 12 at 15/20/25k

Shrugs: 14 at 120/140k
12 at 160k

Close grip bench: 10 at 75k
8 at 80k
8 at 82.5k

Overhead db tri ex: 10 at 27.5k
8 at 32.5k

50g wpc80 whey

Water

Meal Two 9:30am-ish PRE

1 Large Banana
2 Large Boiled Eggs
5g Creapure

Meal Three 10:30-ish PWO

50g Corn Flour
50g wpc80 whey
5g Glutamine
5g Creapure
