Diet log - preliminary crap

OK. As previously posted, starting off with a fortnight on a keto diet to start stripping the blubber. I've a good 2 stone of fat to lose, so kicking off half a stone that way will be a big help!
Have done a keto diet before and it worked well. All sorts of crap reasons why I fell off the wagon but I'll try not to this time. Difficult as I have a hotel trip next week but then bacon and eggs for breakfast is easy at least!!!

Just been to Hellco for food, and bought a lovely...

Bloody headaches!

Leg day today! Would have been a great workout, but just after lunch I started to feel really tired and groggy, and got the beginnings of a bad headache...

Yay! PMT head!!! 2-3 more days of this to look forward to before Aunt Flo turns up oh joy of joys!!!!

This meant a 'going through the motions' workout today

Smith machine squats (weights inc. 20kg bar)
1x15 30kg
1x10 40kg
1x10 50kg
1x10 60kg

Minor Threat

LIstening to Fugazi the other day and realised that I didn't have any Minor Threat. Ordered their complete works (it's only one CD lol!). Hoping it will inspire me to give up the booze.

looking for some advice!

im wondering if anyone can help me or give me some links to sites with helpful advice.

im 18 and me and a couple of mates are considering trying steroids because we have been going to the gym for a couple of years and not getting the gains we are after. we train very hard with great form and have tried creatine and n.o products but feel steroids will get us to tht nxt level and give our muscles the size we want considering how hard we train. i dont want anybody telling me that steroids...
