SM Flat Bench - 70kg x6/6/6/6 (+4 reps)
DB Incline Press - 23.7kg x8/8/8/8 (+2 reps)
DB Fly 13.7kg x8/8/8/8 (+1.2kg)
CGBP 32.5kg x8/8/8/8 (+2.5kg)

Good workout. Im pleased with my bench. My target in the 100kg and while I may be at a very low weight here compared to some, this is good progress for me. So long as next week I add some more reps on I'll be happy
