So I've been writing my own blog for almost 2 years now but it isn't specifically training related, so I figured it was time to start keeping track of my training progress! Here's a mini intro to me: INTRODUCTION
I'm 13 weeks out from my second contest, my first one was in May this year, the NABBA West where I didn't place and felt huge next to the other girls but none the less still LOVED being up on stage! My confidence was out of this world and for someone who's always been pretty
OK been running 2IU of Elitropin for the last 2 months, 5 days a week. Now not using it for growth but to keep this body running, and I have to say that small niggles seem to disappear quickly, and injuries are less of a problem. So am going to continue to run it going forward. Switching to genuine factory sourced Rips for a while though and will report on any changes or differences.
HOwever all good!
OK - had a lump removed from my right forearm last week. Looked like the doc had hacked a piece the size of a chicken breast out of it, but now its healed and the stitches are out - it looks tiny (the wound, before anyone passes comment). NO training last week (other than core), but back on it now.
The addition of AAS seems to be helping with the injuries, feeling pretty good right now, even managed a shoulder press the week before last.
I currently seem to be holding together. Yes the arm is not great, but the exercises mean I can deal with it, and get on with life and training. I think I need to get a job working for the forestry commission or similar and away from a computer - perhaps then it will bugger off.
Training is OK - back smashing it on splits tomorrow.
