![]() | Re: Horse Meat... i was spoilt for choice yesterday , kangaroo , wild boar , venison , bison and ostrich all thick cut steaks , i opted for the kangaroo , it tasted like a cross between beef steak and kidneys very nice and tender . |

Its very tasty, you can get it in Japan, lol its such a good source of protien (i had it raw though) - not as tasty as whale but still. you can order it in bars with a beer. Pitty its not readly avalible here. |

Unless you ask for "Bifstek" at a cafe, then you are more likely to get "viande de chaval" You'll probably just think it is a dark, tougher steak. Its not bad with chips and mayonnaise. I'll have to try Unicorn Butty though, with mashed pteradactyl eggs.
