Carpetbag Steak

1x Eye Fillet
Pancetta
2x Oysters
Garlic

1. Cut 2 slits in the fillet and place oysters inside.. keep slits on the top of the steak.
2. Wrap fillet in Pancetta using skewers to hold in place..
3. Crush garlic and place in oyster slits.
4. Cook like a normal steak.

just put one of these together tonight.. and bloody hell it was tastey! good for a cheat meal as eye fillet is far too expensive to have a 400g one.
