Question Sauces

Can anyone recommend any good off the shelf sauces that aren't full of sugar & salt?

I'm looking for something to use instead of tinned toms to make bland, dry meals a little more palatable.

Got to be microwave friendly.

Ta.

Re: Sauces

This is REALLY basic, but works great for me with dry foods when I'm in a rush. Get some garlic infused olive oil (or any other infusion of your taste), pour a small amount over the food and add herbs or pepper.
