Exclamation What to do with Beef.

Beef Burgers just like mama used to make

500g of the best mince
1/2 eggs depending on size
2 Medium onions grated or chopped very fine
2 Garlic Cloves
1/2 dashs of Worcestershire sauce
1 dash of Cumin

Then need it all together with your hands and after you have mixed it all up you can then make what ever size burgers you want.

Re: Mom's Beef Burgers

This may sound stupid, but after you have made the burgers, do you simply fry them in a pan with some oil?
