![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Chilli Lately i have been hooked on chilli some days i cook off 1kg of mince and make it into a chilli and spread it over 4 meals....here is my recipe.. ingrediants: 500g Extra Lean Mince Half a jar of Carb choice Chilli sauce 4 Garlic Cloves 1 small tin of Chick peas cook the mince off first and then add the other ingrediants and you have a lovely Chilli... if i am eating it on my own i had some more chilli powder... tonight i did something slightly diffrent i left the chick peas out and added 100g of peanuts to the mix yum yum... i don't have any rice with my Chilli i have 4 wholemeal rice cakes...

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Chili Ever use Turkey mince for this ? Lately i am hooked on making Daal. Well lentils of all knds. They have a fair amount of carbs, Roughly 60g (give or take a few depending on which ones you use) per 100g, but also 24g of protein which cant be bad. I thikn from time to time ill have a meat free day (as much as i love meat) just to help my digestive system. |

| aka Jimmy | Re: Chili Nice Paul, the extra lean mince is the dogs, the gf cooks a big serving of it and then put its into portions to re-nuke in the microwave, I like to add kidney beans aswell.
