You can stuff it with garlic, mushrooms, cheeses, anything you want to. one pork loin as a roast cook at 350 degrees F for 1 hour makes slits in it and stuff the slits with garlic cloves. Now you can cook these steaks on your foreman grill. So you can add onions and barbecue sauce too. I like to "blacken" the steaks with herbs and spices before grilling. It's a nice change from chicken nutrition facts on pork 2.5. oz amount is almost half that of the chicken breast Total Fat 7.1 g 11% Saturated Fat 2.5 g 13% Cholesterol 58 mg 19% Sodium 46 mg 2% Total Carbohydrates 0 g 0% Dietary Fiber 0 g 0% Sugars - Protein 20.9 g Calcium 22.0 mg Potassium 298.2 mg CHICKEN breast information 4.9 oz chopped Total Fat 5.0 g 8% Saturated Fat 1.4 g 7% Cholesterol 119 mg 40% Sodium 104 mg 4% Total Carbohydrates 0 g 0% Dietary Fiber 0 g 0% Sugars 0 g Protein 43.4 g Calcium 21 mg Potassium 358.4 mg Of course you would not want to replace the chicken with pork in great quantities because of the saturated fat. It is just a nice variation of taste for the grill from time to time.
