lower back problem

i was just wondering i have had a lower back problem for sometime now!
round about 2 months.
at first the pain was very small in my lower back but over the months the pain has shot down the right side of my body!
my right side of my lower back is sore, then it goes into my glutes then kinda my hamstring but also goes into my calf!
also when i try leg pressin i cannot fully extend my right leg. my left leg straightens fully whilst my right leg will not!
this injury was done from deadlifting.
i was wondering if anyone has experienced a similar problem and what it could be?

Re: lower back problem

You could have a postural issue

Look at yourself from the side in the mirror, better still take photos from straight on, the sides and the back

I bet theres something wrong from a biomechanical point of view

Perhaps your right hamstring is really tight

I would stop training until this problem is done and dusted, or you could face serious consequences

See good physio who is aware of muscle imbalances

If the condition gets worse get an MRI, the info from this is priceless, not so much to see what the discs are doing but to see the muscles and see the affect their having on the pelvis

Hope this helps
