Lower back pains/discomfort

Hi all, ive read Tainted's thread about his lower back problem which sounds familiar to mine, only problem is mine is coming specifically from the left side around the kidney region but a little lower i think. Its nothing major but it is causing problems with my dead lifting, im natural and am currently not using any kind of creatine but still not sure whether to rule water retention out. Any suggestions or advice as to what this is and what to do to try to get rid of it would be greatly appreciated because i fvcking hate going to the doc's!!! lol

Thanks
Glyneth
