Lower back pain/pump/discomfort

Hey guys,

I'm getting this terrible lower back pain or intense pump in my lower back.

It's become really bad since starting my course as the week before I was back on the deadlift and managed 100 or so kg deadlift no problems. Did the same weight the next week and it start playing up which was the week i started my course and dbols.

This happens on every course? Been off the dbols for 2 weeks now but it's still there.

Ruins my training, but rest a little and then it goes away completely.

Any thoughts? not sure if I gave enough information?

Re: Lower back pain/pump/discomfort

most likely water retention and blood pressure related, also could be caused if yu have taken a sudden leap in bodyweight in a short time, lower back will always feel it.

Re: Lower back pain/pump/discomfort

This could be really true. gained about 6kg's over 2 weeks during first half of course!!!!! Looked a little puffy!!

So could water and a back pump be the cause of it then?

Re: Lower back pain/pump/discomfort

I would say so. There are have been a few people lately complaining of back pumps while on dbol cycles.

Re: Lower back pain/pump/discomfort

Yeah only experience this on the last 3 courses I have done and those had dbol in them.

Perhaps I will avoid it in future?

Re: Lower back pain/pump/discomfort

Currently 2 weeks in to cycle of 500mg sust and 400mg tren e per week, front loaded with 50mg dbol ED.
Got really painfull lower back pump on deadlifts today also.
Been using an AI (0.5mg adex EOD) and don't feel like I'm holding any water at all. Weight only up very slightly - 1kg.
Is it definitely water retention from dbol that causes this ?
I wouldn't care normally but it is a real hinderance to my training.

LOL. Cheers for that mate.
Pain is gone within an hour or so from end of session.
I may lower or even drop the dbol and see if that helps.
