![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Sciatic Problem similar issue-went to sports therapist yesterday-my pelvis twisted and have far too much lordosis or tilt caused by-abs too strong and lower back too weak!, have to do lots of stretches of hip/glute then core exercises like hyper extensions-on floor, holding for few secs. then lifting arm and opposite leg,going to do this every other day until improvements-and stop doing abs, also do swimming for core,freestyle.thats the plan,hopefully remedy the issue, only after pain free for while will i return to squats |
