ive had a bad back for the last 8 months .ive being training for 15 years now and ive never had anything like this.it started with a dull ache in my right glute and over time my whole right leg is in pain .cant seem to stand for longer than 20 mins or my right calf starts throbbing and my right foot feels like it is buzzing!ive been told by the doctor it is sciatic nerve pain and im having an epidural injection next week to zap it .but ive been told this might not completely work and i might need an op.ive been of work for 2 months and im unable to train .has anyone any advice or had similar problems?im living on dihydracodine tabs
