Re: bad back

What are you symptoms, where does it hurt and how did you injure your back?

Re: bad back

DO NOT see a chiro straight away!!! Wrong advice there lad, I did my back badly last year it has taken nearly 12 months for me to come good. Personally only thing I would do is wait a week or so see how you are and if still giving you trouble head to a physio first. Minipulating a back when there is swelling on a disc and the muscles have spasmed into contractions will only make matters worse for ya. DO NOT train at all, I made the mistake of trying to carry on training with a blown disc in my back and it just compounded the problem 9 months on painkillers :(

Your back is one area you dont wanna risk damaging, I am permantly stuck with a bludgin disc in my back from not taking the right steps after I blew it out :( be patient and it will pay divete ends in the end.

Guys, this thread is over a year old.....

Mind you, Hovis has been a bit quiet of late. Maybe he's now crippled for life??
